Hengchang Group's Sixth Factory is a veteran in the dyeing industry, specializing in high-quality spandex and nylon fabrics, particularly for yoga and sportswear, with a monthly production capacity of 1,000-1,200 tons. Located in Pujiang County, Zhejiang, a traditional dyeing powerhouse, the company recognized the industry's longstanding challenges. As part of its efforts to upgrade, the plant integrated Yoantion Industrial's YT2020 high-temperature oil smoke treatment and heat recovery unit into its production line, significantly reducing natural gas consumption by at least 20 cubic meters per hour (told by Zhang Zhengyu, Director of Hengchang Group's Sixth Factory).

New IoT Concepts in the YT2020 Unit
According to Jiang Renji, Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Yuantai Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the YT2020 introduces new concepts like the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT). This allows for remote centralized management of the unit through a mobile app, which can monitor the unit, issue fault alarms, and collect real-time data. The system uses PLC for central control, with modular communications and a distributed I/O system, offering touch screen interfaces and IoT remote management capabilities.
Advantages of the YT2020 Heat Recovery and High-Temperature Oil Smoke Treatment Unit
The unit initiates an automatic dust removal system based on pressure differences and scheduled cycles, keeping filters clean for optimal airflow.
Fresh air is heated to over 110°C through an air-to-air heat exchanger, raising the temperature at the stenter's inlets by more than 80°C, while cooling waste gas for further treatment.
Waste gas undergoes further cooling and dust collection in a second heat recovery process. Large particles are isolated, and the temperature is reduced before entering the high-efficiency electrostatic purification system.
Through a high-voltage electrostatic field, oil smoke particles are charged and collected on electrode plates, achieving significant filtration of smoke particles, ensuring cleaner emissions.
Temperature sensors installed at various points activate the unit's fire protection system in three stages, with a spray box isolating flames to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
