Features

 

Combined Multi-Stage Air and Liquid Dyeing Nozzles

The machine allows selecting the appropriate flow rate and activating different nozzles according to fabric type, providing excellent improvement for heavy and prone-sensitive fabrics.

 

Horizontal Dye Liquid Circulation System

Unlike traditional dyeing machines that delivering dye directly at the main pump inlet, this system dilutes the dye directly in the main tank. This effectively prevents color inconsistencies in fabrics.

 

Energy Saving and Green Production

With a minimum liquor ratio as low as 1:3.5, the machine is equipped with advanced control technologies and efficient washing processes, reducing energy consumption, reducing production time, significantly reducing costs, and improving production efficiency.

 

Rapid Temperature Balance System

Traditional air & liquid multi-flow dyeing machine and jet dyeing machines have significant temperature differences between the bottom of the main tank and the nozzle during heating. This machine optimizes the circulation pipeline design to achieve temperature balance in shortest time. The heating system and dye liquid circulation system are independent, improving temperature control precision and stability during the dyeing process.
