Yoantion Industrial, a rising force in China's textile machinery industry, has become a leader in the production of stenter machines-crucial equipment for the textile finishing process. Once dominated by international brands, the high-end stenter machine market in China now sees fierce competition, with domestic manufacturers, like Yoantion, catching up fast. Yoantion Industrial was founded in 2010 in the historical region of Wuyue, with a mission to become a leading producer of stenter machines. Thanks to its skilled technical team and advanced manufacturing equipment, the company quickly rose to the top and became a hidden champion in the industry.

Since its founding, Yoantion Industrial has focused exclusively on the production of stenter machines. However, within this single product category, it has developed dozens of models, constantly redefining the capabilities of stenter machines. According to Yoantion's chairman, Chen Shaojun, "Innovation is the first driving force for development and the strategic support for building a modern economy. In 2012, Yoantion Industrial established the Yoantion Dyeing and Finishing Technology and Equipment Research Institute to enhance the company's independent innovation capabilities and to lead China's manufacturing sector. By compiling and studying this information, Yoantion identifies key technical areas to focus on and quickly implements solutions.

Yoantion has adopted a philosophy of "innovation at any cost" and commits around 5% of its annual sales to research and development. Each year, the company makes hundreds of improvements to its equipment, leading to remarkable advances in technology. For example, Yoantion set up a factory in Munich, Germany, to produce higher-quality stenter machine components. Chen Shaojun notes that reducing labor, space, and energy costs are key pain points for their customers. In late 2019, Yoantion unveiled its new Y9000 Series Double-Layer Hot Air Stenter Machine at the Shanghai Textile Machinery Exhibition. This product was developed in response to market demand and policies, offering improved product quality, energy savings, labor reduction, and a smaller footprint.

It has been well-received for its energy efficiency, which helps customers reduce costs and improve efficiency. Additionally, Yoantion introduced an automatic sewing machine to further enhance the automation of the pre-stenter process, fulfilling the needs of downstream customers for digital production and intelligent management.

In September 2021, Yoantion Industrial was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Leveraging the capital market, the company continues to integrate various resources and enhance its core competitiveness, aiming to become a leader in high-end textile finishing equipment.

In the face of challenges posed by the global COVID-19 pandemic and shifting geopolitical landscapes, Chen Shaojun has a clear understanding of the situation. "Amid uncertainties, it is critical for all enterprises to find certainty. For Yoantion, the priority is to grow and strengthen quickly. While maintaining our current product line, we will continue to expand and diversify it. We need to secure existing orders and customer relationships while actively exploring overseas markets to ensure we are prepared for any situation."

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) is transforming the traditional manufacturing sector, including textile equipment manufacturing. The rising costs of labor in China have pressured enterprises to eliminate outdated production capacity and adopt automated, digital, and intelligent textile machinery. Yoantion Industrial has embraced this trend by incorporating wireless communication technology and internet-based solutions into its stenter machine control systems.
