The 2024 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition (ITMA ASIA+CITME 2024) was held from October 14-18 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). The event utilized six pavilions of the center, covering 160,000 square meters and drawing over 1,680 exhibitors from both China and abroad.
At the exhibition, Yoantion Industrial Inc., Ltd. (referred to as "Yoantion Industrial," Booth No.: H6D35) prominently showcased various products, including stenter machines, integrated exhaust purification and heat recovery units, dyeing machines, and woven fabric stenters.

The stenter machine displayed by Yoantion Industrial features an innovative design ideal for finishing, demoisturizing, and setting processes of knitted cotton, rayon, woven, and elastic woven fabrics. The air nozzle system adopts an independent dual air duct design, allowing separate adjustment of upper and lower airflow, with inverters controlling the airflow ratios to match precise requirements. A user-friendly interface controls all process parameters, allowing storage, queries, and error alarms, achieving an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) control system with a cutting-edge approach.
The integrated exhaust purification and heat recovery unit combines a novel heat recovery and exhaust purification design, providing comprehensive heat reuse and exhaust purification for the stenter, with significant energy-saving effects. An intelligent MES operating system allows real-time remote monitoring of stenter and integrated unit processing parameters.

The ZJBSN-RE/OE series dyeing machine achieves low liquor ratio operation while ensuring dyeing quality. Its unique dye liquor circulation mixing and uniform distribution system enables thorough mixing in the main cylinder before being sprayed onto the fabric surface, preventing shading issues. The ZJBSN-OE series includes an automatic nozzle adjustment system, allowing nozzle gap adjustments between 2mm and 8.5mm to accommodate different fabric rinsing needs, ensuring fabric texture and color uniformity. This machine, based on a well-established fabric placement structure, features a high-head pump and high-pressure nozzles; the sinking, slope-guided fabric pipes reduce running tension on the fabric. Additionally, specially designed fabric troughs support consistent color quality across various fabrics.
The ZJBSN-LX series dyeing machine utilizes a single-cylinder, dual-fabric trough with independent guide rollers to eliminate creases caused by prolonged fabric compression, enhancing fabric quality throughout processing. Its high-head pump and large-flow nozzles improve dye uniformity, ensuring dyeing quality.
The woven fabric stenter adopts many traditional design elements, such as a wide chamber to reduce left-center-right temperature differences, making cleaning work easier. The spline shaft drive design maintains left-right synchronization after years of high-speed operation, preventing fabric misalignment. Additionally, several innovations have been incorporated, including whole-machine synchronous closed-loop control. Using feedback signals from unit encoders, a PLC system samples and processes these signals to control the machine's speed and reduce synchronization errors. The stenter also uses an efficient steam energy-saving control system to reduce energy consumption.
