High Efficiency and Smooth Fabric Handling:
The dyeing machine has a maximum main tank diameter of 2250mm, with a single tube load capacity of 200 to 400 kg. It is equipped with adjustable fabric storage slot, ensuring smooth fabric operation, and features a stable horizontal fabric arrangement structure.
Uniform Dyeing without Additional Power Requirements:
Utilizing a well-designed dye injection and circulation system, the machine ensures uniform dyeing results without the need for extra power support.
Tension Control and Easy Operation:
The built-in lifting reel reduces fabric tension, and the submerged sloping guide tube design effectively lowers the tension during fabric operation. Additionally, the machine features a double-door design for easy operation, along with fabric head detection and an automatic lint removal system to improve production efficiency and fabric quality.
Efficient Water Treatment System:
Equipped with large-diameter drainage and filling ball valves, the machine is durable and minimizes the water hammer effect in the dyehouse's water supply system. An optional water preparation tank is available to save time.
