Automatic Nozzle Adjustment System:

By setting nozzle pressure and flow parameters through a computer, the nozzle gap is automatically adjusted according to the type and weight of fabrics. This ensures consistency in fabric surface appearance. And this system includes an automatic cleaning function to prevent clogging.

Horizontal Dye Liquid Circulation System:

During dye feeding, the dye is first diluted at the bottom of the main tank, preventing high concentrated of dye and additives from directly spraying onto the fabric surface, which could lead to color variation. This ensures uniform dye distribution throughout the entire dyeing process.

Uniform Water Distribution System:

The nozzles design is a patented "octopus-like" structure, ensuring that dye liquid is evenly distributed among all nozzles, effectively avoiding flow inconsistencies and the color difference issues caused by uneven flow among pipes in traditional dyeing machines.

Precise Liquid Ration:

The system provides excellent color consistency, reducing dye differences and significantly saving water, dye, and chemical cost.

Pre-Tank System:

It prepares hot water in advance, effectively reducing process time and improving fabric wrinkle issues.
